- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.

- One free parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
- Additional shared parking is available outside the building.
- Accessing the unit is possible without stairs. Enter the S building through the door in the garage.
- The front door is on the ground level as you enter.

Fees and Payments
- Some properties use a high occupancy fee to adjust rates for larger groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires guests to confirm the group size and disclose any changes, which may result in an increase or decrease to the total cost, and may require a security deposit.
- The standard cleaning fee quoted is for the final cleaning performed after the rental period ends. For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply each additional week. If booking for an extended stay, contact us before booking to discuss rates and cleaning schedule.
